A custom headless storefront with sub-second navigation and a conversion-first checkout.

The brand had outgrown a templated store: slow navigation, a clunky checkout, and no room to express the brand. We rebuilt it as a headless storefront with a conversion-first checkout.

The approach

A Next.js front end talks to a headless commerce backend over a typed API, with a CMS driving merchandising. Aggressive route-level code-splitting and image optimization keep navigation under a second.

The result was a measurable lift in conversion and a storefront the marketing team can evolve without an engineering ticket for every change.
